Welcome. This page details what we are about and what we do. We offer a convenient and friendly service providing high quality ski repair and maintenance from a qualified technician.

Why have your skis serviced?

A well-prepared ski will run better and turn more easily, making a significant difference to your skiing. Many skiers never truly appreciate what their skis will do for them. Even brand-new skis need some preparation before their full potential is realized. Dulled edges, uneven or damaged bases and dry unwaxed bases will retard your progress and limit your enjoyment.

Properly maintained, your skis will last longer. Bases that are dry and unwaxed will become porous and allow water to penetrate the ski leading potentially to the serious problem of the skis delaminating. Dry bases may also shrink away from the edges. You should have skis serviced every few skiing days. You should also have them treated before you put them away for the summer.
